The ČEZ ON-LINE application enables the customers to administer their accounts in full comfort from home. It is now also available via mobile application. The most interesting functionalities include sending of SMS or e-mails about planned power shutdowns in advance. We have also selected these for the communication which is designed to increase the number of active application users.
The campaign continues in the long-term communication of ČEZ Group in the spirit of the brand idea „Our energy is only second – because yours comes first.“ The new service is presented through a human story based on real life.
